I recently gave a presentation to the Seattle Mayor's Office of Policy & Innovation on the Context (image above), theory, and practice of Human Centered Design (HCD). As a high-level overview, the presentation was intended to provide a general understanding of the value of HCD, as well as a few tips on how to begin thinking like a designer.
